V World Championship of Pureblood Akhal-Teke horses and VI International
Sport Meeting of breeders and amateurs of Akhal-Teke horses, that
will take place on August 15-17, 2003, Equine Sport Center "Planernaia",
Moscow, Russia.

Akhal-Teke horses “World Championship 2003”
- Virtual
International Breed Show of Purebred Akhal-Teke horses (new!)
- Contest for the quality of movements for young horses
- Show-jumping competition for pure- and partbred Akhal-Teke horses.
- Dressage competition for pure- and partbred Akhal-Teke horses
- Endurance races
- Contest for the best decoration of horse and rider
- Contests for the best advertising stand between breeding
farms (new!)
- Contest for the best handler
Dear participants of the Meetings
and Championships!
Please, be advised that some changes
of the rules and regulations of the meetings have been done. Several
new events have been included in the program of the International
Akhal-Teke Breed Show and Sport Meeting, which will allow you to present
your stables and horses in a more diversified manner, as well as provide
you more opportunities for advertising your horses and breeding farms:
1) Virtual exhibition for the title “Virtual
Breed Champion”
2) Contest for the best exhibition stand between Akhal-Teke breeding
farms.
3) Video advertisement of horses for sale, breeding, sport will be
running non-stop during the World Championship of Akhal-Teke horses
in Moscow.
4) Several amendments have been made to the International Horseracing
Competition in Piatigorsk, including procedure for awarding traditional
prizes. A system of paid registration has been introduced, which increases
the prize fund for the races.
For the first time you will be able to
take advantage of the following unique opportunities:
-Presenting video recording of as many of your horses as you wish
for judging your horses by the Show expert committee. You will receive
official evaluations of your horses, certificates, diplomas and/or
other official competition-related documents. To do so, participate
in the Virtual Akhal-Teke Breed Show for the title “Virtual
Champion of the World”.
-Advertising your horse breeding farms and sport clubs
for free in front of a large audience. To do so, participate in the
contest for the best advertising stand. A 1x1.5-meter advertising
stand will be offered to you free of charge for the contest, and for
an additional fee you may reserve more stands.
-Video advertisement will be organized for the first
time at the International Akhal-Teke Breed Show and Sport Meeting.
To take part in it, please, send us a video recording of the horses
you intend to sell, as well as those you want to advertise for breeding
or other purposes. You should prepare your video according to the
format outlined for "Virtual Champion of the World",
or according to any other format that you feel is more effective.
The length of your recording should not exceed five - six minutes
for each horse. There is a fee for participating in these video advertisements.
All video advertisements will be shown non-stop during the event,
starting at the time when the Credentials Committee begins its work.
