Akhal-Teke events in 2008:

- Races for purebred Akhal-Teke horses for the prize of the President of Russia, expecting horses from Russia and Turkmenistan to compete again as they did last year in Rostov, Russia.
Piatigorsk hippodrom, Piatigorsk, Mineralnye Vody region of Russia

- Championships for purebred Akhal-Teke horses for the titles “Champion of Russia” and races among purebred Akhal-Teke horses for different prizes and distances.
Place: Piatigorsk hippodrom, Piatigorsk, Mineralnye Vody region of Russia
Dates: September 11-14
Expected program:
September 11-12 – expert evaluation of horses
September 13 – breed show, Championship of Russia
September 14 – races among purebred Akhal-Teke horses, different prizes and distances
In addition, a trip from Piatigorsk to the Studfarm “Stavropolskiy” will be organized on September 15.
